It increases the time to ejaculate by up to 2.7 minutes, while the 60-milligram tablet increases the time to ejaculate to 3.32 minutes. Patients should not take more than one dose of this medicine in a 24-hour period.

Bipolar disease patients should not take Duratia because it may trigger a similar mental state. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take this medication. The drug can be addictive.
