In the past few weeks, we have seen a lot of news regarding the absconding Indian drug kingpin Kiran Gosavi. She was arrested in Pune following an investigation by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) into a scam involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. She was detained in the Navi Mumbai cheating case, but was subsequently released.
The Mumbai police have charged Kiran Gosavi in multiple cheating cases. She is alleged to have duped many people out of several lakhs of rupees by offering them fake foreign jobs and tourist visas. She is currently in police custody and has been detained till November 5. She was allegedly on the run when she was arrested on October 28, 2018. She was also involved in a similar scam involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.
She was present during the investigation and is a key witness in the Aryan Khan drug case. She was reportedly arrested by the NCB when it raided the cruise ship. She allegedly went to the police station with Aryan Khan and other witnesses and has been missing since. The Pune Police issued a lookout notice for Kiran Gosavi. However, she has not been sighted since the incident.
After the arrest of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Kiran Gosavi has been in the limelight again. She was recently caught by the NCB in the Maharashtra drugs case after posting photos with the actor’s son, Aryan Khan. Apparently, the arrest of Aryan Khan led to the arrest of Kiran Gosavi as well. After a series of high-profile arrests, she claims that she was threatened.
A lookout notice was issued by the Mumbai City Police to prevent Kiran Gosavi from leaving the country. The Mumbai Sessions Court had earlier remanded Aryan Khan in police custody for a few days. The lookout notice was issued after she refused to leave the country, which is illegal. Although Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 5, he did not escape the law. The NCB is investigating her in connection with the scam.
As an independent witness in the NCB drug bust, Kiran Gosavi denied knowing that Aryan Khan had given him Rs 50 lakh. She claimed that he had never met Aryan before, but later met Sameer Wankhede. The two were photographed together and the two men have a strained relationship. The PI also denies the allegations against Aryan Khan. She denied the allegations, saying that the evidence against her was “incorrect” and unreliable.
While she has denied the allegations, she did admit her role in the scam. She had been an independent witness for the NCB in the Mumbai narcotics bust. She was also a witness in the cheating case in 2018. The two men had taken a selfie with the actresses, and both were detained by the NCB. The arrest of Gosavi has led to the arrest of several people.
