How to Make a Burger Crunch Wrap

If you want your burger to have that crunchy exterior, then a cast iron pan or griddle will do the trick. Just make sure to preheat the pan to 400 degrees F or a little higher. After putting the meat in the pan, spread the bun with oil and place the burgers on the griddle. Flip the burgers after about three minutes and cook until done. To serve, top with cheese, chopped onions and jalapenos. Cover tightly and cook for four minutes.
